The loja de música was born from the need to make the onde toca a banda? project more sustainable — and because we believe music can also live in the things we use, gift, or keep at home.
Here you’ll find fun (really fun!) items, full of personality and with that musical touch that makes us smile. Everything is chosen with care, consciously, and always with musical culture at heart.

How it all started

2019
Launched in January 2019 with an exclusive focus on philharmonic bands, onde toca a banda? was created with the aim of valuing and giving greater visibility to the cultural activity of these institutions — true pillars of musical tradition and civic education in Portugal.

2023
In response to the growth of the community and the recognition of the importance of other ensembles, the platform began, in January 2023, to also include events from military bands — historically significant but with limited visibility.
